The Museum of Cycladic Art houses exhibits of the ancient cultures of the Aegean and Cyprus, emphasizing Cycladic art of the 3rd century BC. The Goulandris Museum is a newly established museum of the Eliza and Vassilis Goulandris Foundation that was inaugurated in 2019. It has a rich collection of modern and contemporary mainly European art. The National Museum of Contemporary Art includes works by Greek and foreign artists of different media such as painting, sculpture, video, installations, photography, industrial design, engravings and more.
