Vanilia Bistro brings a Parisian air to one of the top neighborhoods of the Center, balancing uniquely between yesterday and today. It is housed in a 1920's building, in the traditional but at the same time hipster Koukaki, carrying the aura of old Athens and the fragrance of our beloved vanilla. He listens to jazz and world music, serves fragrant coffees, hearty Greek breakfasts, homemade sweets and dishes of the day. In the evening, it transforms into the coziest corner of Athens with aperitivos, Greek spirits, a wide range of beers from small breweries and classic cocktails, such as Mojito and Mai Tai, decongesting the tension of the day and creating the most beautiful atmosphere. Enjoy comfort food suggestions, such as eggs in various versions, or special recipes with brisket with chickpea puree, spinach, feta cheese and lemon scones and the famous beef burger with cheddar, bacon, caramelized onions and BBQ sauce that will take your meal to the next level.
